Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
Required Qualifications

Continuing Care Assistant certificate
Experience
Previous: No previous experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, where required by the job
Valid drivers license, where required by the job
Organizational skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently

If no qualified applicants, you may be considered as a conditional hire if willing to complete Continuing Care Assistant certificate by an accredited institution within two years of start date. Hours of work may be reduced on designated or statutory holidays.
No guaranteed hours. Must be available a minimum of two (2) days per week. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats & holidays.  
The successful candidate is responsible to obtain and provide an original Criminal Record Check (CRC) & Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) from their local police service, RCMP or previous country/countries of residence that is dated within the past six (6) months that is satisfactory to the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC & VSC during recruitment and selection process.

Expected Start Date: December 1
