Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and receptionist services.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and providing information on client inquiries
Maintaining client files and processing transactions in accordance with our compliance protocols
General office duties such as ordering office supplies, filing, answering phones, greeting clients and doing compliance follow up.
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and competencies:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team player with confidence to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Able to work with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to deal with clients sensitively and professionally at all times and maintaining strict confidentiality
Knowledge of general office procedures
Computer literate, including being comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
