Working with the compliance and licensing group at the corporate office in Saskatoon, you will be responsible for conducting research on various environmental topics such as aquatic toxicity and environmental regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collecting high-quality data, interpreting laboratory analytical results, and preparing technical memos.
The successful candidate will work a term of approximately four months (May to August). This position is located in Saskatoon with occasional trips to the northern Saskatchewan sites.
You will be entering your third or fourth year as a university student specializing in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, natural sciences or a related field.
Proficiency with basic computer skills and field experience is an asset. The successful candidate must hold a valid drivers license. The ability to meet tight deadlines, working independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment are essential. Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
Interviews will take place in February/March 2023. Students will be notified if they are selected for an interview.
