Reporting to the Director of Wellness, the STC Community Epidemiologist provides second-level support for STCs seven-member nations for health program planning and evaluation purposes. The Epidemiologist will work with STCs member communities to develop high-quality health surveillance tools and systems. This position involves providing expert advice to community health administrators to improve surveillance decision-support, information management, and knowledge-translation activities. The Epidemiologist will also provide statistical and epidemiological analysis of health-related data to inform decision-making, health services planning, policy development, and healthcare administration.
