We are looking for a highly motivated Member Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills to join our member service team. As the face of our Lang Branch, they are responsible for ensuring our members are receiving the best experience possible. The successful candidate will process routine teller/cash transactions, respond to general inquiries and concerns, and recommend the appropriate financial products to assist members in reaching their financial goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education or previous work-related experience in the financial industry.
- Strong commitment to provide high quality member sales and service.
- Ability to recognize cross-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to accomplish common goals within a team environment.
