We are growing and offer a bright future as the employer of choice for this industry. SeedMaster is currently seeking innovative and results-oriented Paint Line Attendants

The successful candidate will safely and accurately paint steel products including frame, tanks, and parts. You will ensure that the assigned paint production is completed during the designated shift and is executed in a timely manner and meets all quality standards.

What will you be working on?

Ensure assigned work is understood prior to commencing.
Paint components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
Complete all assigned work within timeframes and according to company needs.
Ensure quality standards are met prior to the material moving to another department.
Report all non-conforming material to the Team Lead immediately.
Comply with company policies as well as Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
Complete housekeeping duties in assigned area on a daily basis.
What is required for this role?

Minimum of 6 months experience painting (powder coating) in a manufacturing or similar environment.
A solid understanding of powder coating painting equipment and accessories.
Sounds knowledge of agriculture equipment is considered an asset.
Must have the ability to paint in all positions, ensuring quality results.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time. This includes being able to be fit for and wear respiratory equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
