Join our Team! We have an opening for a full-time Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable position to oversee the financial aspect of the company and office staff.

We are looking for a team player who is organized and reliable. As an Office manager you would be overseeing the department to streamline procedures and efficiency.
*Duties include processing vendor invoices,
*Processing payroll using SAGE and CAFT payment programs.
*Payroll adjustment entries to departments and projects
*Remittances, reconciliation of accounts, taxes,
year-end adjustments
*You would be working closely with our accounting firm periodically for year-end audits.
*Pension plan and benefit coordination/hiring packages
*Renew vehicles plates
*ROE's and T4's
*Purchasing office supplies,
*Submitting financials reports to the Board of Directors once a month
**Assist with budgeting
*Supervise submission of documents for our recycling program/data entry.
*Year end adjusting entries and audit preparation
*Supervise the A/R department and office staff for proper data flow
*Other duties as assigned
*Sage 50, Microsoft office, Microsoft word, Microsoft word, Excel, emails, CAFT,
