At Humboldt and District Community Services we offer support services to individuals, couples, families and groups. We are seeking a committed and compassionate person to play a valuable role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we serve.

As a Support Worker you will provide services to HDCS's client/s based on their person-centered plan so they can live independently and participate in their community. Support may include managing their home, nutrition, hygiene, medical and health needs, budgeting, shopping, recreational/leisure activities.

You will:
- Demonstrate a confidential, caring, supportive approach that maintains the dignity and integrity of people receiving services.
- Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with others within and outside the organization.  
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Have the ability and willingness to work flexible hours.

Required:
- Use of personal vehicle is required with compensation.
- Criminal record check with vulnerable sector query.
