You will work with the Employee Benefits team, who is responsible for the administration of the benefit plans, relating to enrolment and eligibility, and support to over 75 employers and 44,000 active plan members. You have the important task of managing the data collection processes, as well as the systems and applications used by the benefits team, to provide complete and accurate information to support decision making required for the management and operation of the plans.

You will work with various relational database platforms (such as Oracle, SQL Server) to extract, analyze, and reconcile data; and will create data interfaces between previously isolated benefits systems through the design, development, and implementation of new processes and applications.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with complex and relational databases combined with post-secondary education;
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and staff; and
- Have the ability to understand customer needs and identify improvement opportunities.
