H&R Block in Moose Jaw is recruiting for a Tax Associate to join our team of tax professionals. This position will be full-time for tax season (January to May), and may offer reduced hours throughout the remainder of the year. As a Tax Associate, you'll be working directly with our clients to determine their needs and obtain the required information to professionally prepare their tax returns. Extensive training and education will be provided throughout your career with us. You'll enjoy the stimulating work environment where you are continuously learning and helping people. Education in accounting and/or tax preparation or equivalent experience is required. Preference will be given to applicants with an accounting diploma and experience with personal, small business and farm tax preparation and bookkeeping. Other requirements include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with common business software, and an ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
