Louis Dreyfus Company Canada ULC has openings for a fulltime JOURNEYMAN MILLWRIGHT at our Yorkton, SK, Canola Crushing Facility.

As directed by the Maintenance Manager, a Journeyman Millwright is responsible for maintaining all equipment. Their primary function is to ensure reliability of all plant equipment.

The primary responsibilities of a Journeyman Millwright are to:
* Report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for the daily maintenance needs for all plant equipment.
* Duties include continuous preventive maintenance on all production and non-production equipment. Will be responsible for inspecting, installing, adjusting and maintaining mechanical machines on site. Will repair and assemble plant equipment in accordance with manufacturers specifications and standards.
* Safely operate mobile equipment including working from ladders, platforms staging scaffolds, mobile equipment baskets.

Candidates must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, a valid Provincial Millwright Journeyman Certificate and Red Seal status (2nd or 3rd year Apprentice or Journeyman Welder may be considered) and possess a valid Canadian Work Permit.
