Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Director of Retail Finance to promote all aspects of the business of John Deere Financial and assisting sales via support with the sales finance process for Pattison Agriculture. This position will report to the President and can work out of any of our Pattison Ag locations.

Responsibilities
-Creating custom finance programs utilizing John Deere Financial
-Tracking and analyzing results of programs
-Developing prospect lists through Customer Portfolio Connection, Customer Lead Generator, and JDAim for sales staff
-Managing and monitoring dealer fund programs
-Maximizing CERES Revenue Enhancement opportunities by driving sales team engagement and focus on JDF Loan Origination Fees, JDF Compensation, Sentry Insurance, JD PowerGard Protection, and Dealer Service Agreements
-Prospecting financing needs for our customers, including non-John Deere product financing needs; review non- John Deere programs
-Providing insight on competitive & inline programs as well as market developments

Requirements
-Business, Accounting or Commerce or alternate related post-secondary education is considered an asset
-Previous experience in the Agriculture Equipment industry is considered an asset
-A valid drivers license and the ability to travel
-Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs
-Proficient oral and written communication skills
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
-Strong interpersonal skills with customers and and/or other employees
-Effective time management
-Skills in using software systems and Internet applications
