4. Refilling and Making Sauces
5. Using the fryer to prepare menu items
6. Putting away stock from deliveries
7. Cleaning (FOH, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Equipment etc.)
8. Perform duties to help cook and other kitchen staff;
9. Washing and peeling vegetables;
10. Clean work counters, cabinets, kitchen appliances;
11. Unpacking and storing store supplies in refrigerators and other storage areas;
12. Removing trash and cleaning kitchen garbage bins;
13. Sweeping and moping floors.
