Description

Casual Time-OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Being available for at home office hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm) with after hour contact as necessary (evenings and weekends)
Employer-provided cell phone operations and account management

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Regularly update client relationship management (CRM) software, (also used for estimating, booking, invoicing, scheduling, and routine with relevant information about new and existing clients
Oversee and manage reception and dispatching of communications via email, phone and in person from clients, vendors, and staff members
Screen potential landscape installation, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and sales leads using a provided script to qualify and ascertain viability
Compile and distribute seasonal, monthly, and time critical email outreach communications via Constant Contact to existing and prospective clients
Other administrative duties as needed and requested

Demonstrates outstanding customer service toward clients, and staff alike
Possesses excellent time management and organization skills, and gives a high level of attention to detail.
