Description

Under Minimal supervision perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility/s equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the sites objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machine and other functional area equipment
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production, and create schedule for equipment repairs (preventative maintenance program)
Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance
Diagnose problems replace or repair parts test and adjustments
Lead the preventative maintenance program for each machine
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas
Perform all duties as assigned and needed
Track and maintain maintenance program utilizing Assets Tiger as the program
Control maintenance budget/spending
Set staff work hours to optimize the coverage Manufacturing
Direct and delegate workload to maintenance personal
All other duties assigned
Follow all Food Safety protocols based on our HACCP Plan
Follows all Health and Safety and is an active member of our OH&S Team

EDUCATION:
Trade preferred Journeyman Electrician or Millwright
