Job Requirements  
We are a well-established, rapidly growing talent company located across the Moose Jaw. We are searching for an individual with information and involvement with bookkeeping and other administrator work for our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct bookkeeping for all financial transactions, reconcile and balance all accounts Produce monthly financial summaries and reports, maintain and balance the general ledger, present financial statements Process payroll, perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments, perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition Calculate and prepare tax remittance forms, employees benefit forms, perform bank and account reconciliations File tax reports, and make payments, complete other personal bookkeeping services Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements
Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
Experience
7-12 Months
Skills & Qualifications
Basic bookkeeping and accounting principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Specific Skills
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Recording of Debits and Credits.
Weekly and Daily reporting
Checking and approving timesheets
Reconcile accounts
Prepare trial balance of books
Post journal entries
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Various other related duties as assigned
