About the Role
Reporting to the Provider Services manager, the Program Coordinator will provide support to the eHS teams and the external users of the provider services portfolio.  This role will bring a broad base working knowledge of the Electronic Medical Records (i.e. Med Access/Accuro) and have in-depth experience working in community medical clinics of both general and specialist providers.  Data analysis and the experience of this position will informed recommendations made to the business area providing the necessary support to improve the service or assist in redefining processes.  This expertise will further enhance the businesses ability to be responsive with appropriate service solutions.

You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that will continue to build trust with end users such as referring and specialist providers and medical office staff.  Our candidate will understand patient referral pathways at the clinic level which will support the development of the central intake workflows and enhance the Provider Service.  You will have strong data analysis techniques in order to inform our training requirements to all users (both internal and external).
