Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Clerk/Cashier (x 2 positions) at our Quick Serve Restaurant in our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Wakaw, Sk.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
    Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
    Engage and interact with guests to create a positive experience while accepting and preparing their orders
    Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests
    Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner; pack food for takeout/drive through guests
    Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
    Check and monitor product in food preparation area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift
    Use Point of Sale system and drive through systems to record orders, compute the amount of bill and make change
    Use a variety of manual, electric and other appliances, and food preparation tools/equipment
    Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
