1.Help the chef for making new dishes in our menu
2.Understand the menu and control the food cost
3.Assuming hygienic standard in and around the kitchen area
4.Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen tools or areas
5.Order and take delivery of food and supplies
6.Maintain outstanding working relationships with staffs and guests
7.Weigh and measure ingredients for cooking
8.Prepare sauces and garnishes for the allocated station
9.Able to communicate in Vietnamese and have knowledge about Asian foods are an asset
10.Baking skills/experiences bakeries/cakes/bread is an asset
11. Have Asian cooking background is an asset.
**Should be able to communicate in English and can be evaluated by interviews
