The ability to direct and control the activities of the Front Office, and to ensure adherence to the Company's standards,
policies and procedures.
Ensure that all Personnel is informed of Company priorities and workflow.
Keep Management notified of any fluctuations in business levels, special client requests, etc.
Manage all administrative duties
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are
followed
Carry out administrative activities
Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of
assets, parking, maintenance and security services
