Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You will respond to internal and external customer inquiries
You will process service units when received and for shipping
You will maintain the service database throughout the life cycle of a service repair
You will initiate service documentation for in-house service repairs
You will review shipping orders for warranty status information
You will provide point of contact between Calian service and its customers
You will conduct routine correspondence with service customers
You will be responsible for data entry and clerical duties
You will provide service status reports to our customers when required
The Skills and Experience You Have:
A high school diploma or equivalent education
2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with SAP is considered an asset
