As the Human Resources Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with other members of the People Services team to deliver on a wide variety of Human Resources services with a focus on recruitment and talent management. The position will be responsible for recruitment, on-boarding, managing HRIS systems and employee input/changes, HR file system maintenance, special projects, and other general administrative support.

A two-year diploma/certificate from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as business administration or commerce specializing in Human Resources.
At least 1-3 years of Human Resources experience, specifically Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced functions of computers including Windows based software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience in using HR databases and HRIS systems.
Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and functions and how they interconnect.
Knowledge of the Saskatchewan Employment Act and other relevant legislation.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public and employees.
Oral and written communication skills to provide information to colleagues and external candidates.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work tasks in a fast-paced environment.
