Job Description: Promotes health and healing by functioning as a member of the care team to provide optimum care for convalescent, acutely/chronically ill, home care and long-term care clients/patients/residents.
Required Qualifications

Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
Practical Nursing Diploma
Experience
Previous: No previous experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license, where required by the job
Organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Up to $9300.00 in Relocation and Retention Incentives may be available for the successful applicants. In addition, the SHA also offers a comprehensive benefit package - Additional Northern Benefits  Inclusive of -Bi-Weekly Northern District Allowance $240.00  Health Maintenance Transportation - up to 4 trips per year, 40 hours Northern Leave after each year of service.
