- Assist the restaurant to handle all paperwork and complete it according to the required time.
-Organize and file restaurant-related personnel information, contracts, meeting minutes, etc.
-Statistics of employees' working hours, such as overtime, vacation, and time off.
-Responsible for coordinating work between departments.
-Open and distribute e-mails and other materials received.
-Answering phone calls and relaying calls and messages
-Arrange travel schedule and make reservations
-Organize meetings.
-Schedule and confirm employer appointments and meetings
-Create and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
