Actionwear FR is hiring a full time Data Entry Clerk to help keep us growing. The ideal candidate would be detail orientated, self-motivated, able to multitask, and have great organizational skills.
We are looking for a person with integrity, who is dependable, and a quick learner.
Responsibilities
Entering and updating information into relevant databases, such as SAP and Excel
Entering Orders, maintaining file systems, and record correspondence in CRM
Scanning through text to identify pertinent information
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
Handling other duties from time to time
Qualifications
Administrative Assistant Diploma is an asset or High school diploma and one or more years of experience in a relevant field
Good Command of the English language, oral, written and spoken
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
Proficient touch typing skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Intermediate computer skills, experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Hours: Monday to Thurs 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
