The Town of Kamsack requires an enthusiastic individual to join the front office team as an Administration Clerk I.
This position is primarily responsible for Utilities and Accounts Receivable, but also will be required to perform a variety of other tasks, including general receptionist duties, cash handling/balancing, record keeping, filing, etc.
This position requires a cooperative team attitude, above average customer service skills, attention to detail, a knowledge of bookkeeping and expertise with MS-Office applications.
Qualifications:
Excellent public relations and communication skills
General office procedure knowledge & understanding
Familiarity with bookkeeping processes and applications
Office experience
Completion of business courses or graduation from a recognized business school.
A Local Government Administration Certificate or knowledge of MuniSoft Municipal Software applications would be considered an asset.
