We are currently seeking a part time bookkeeper/admin with the following skillset for our Spiritwood location:
Prepare bank reconciliations;
Prepare general journal entries and supporting documents;
Preparation of GST and PST returns;
Preparation of payroll and source deduction calculations;
Experience preparing Compilation & Review engagements
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple files and projects in a deadline-orientated environment;
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills dealing with a variety of clients and team members.
Experience working in Sage, Quickbooks, Ag Expert, & Caseware would be an asset
Answering telephone, processing client payments, booking appointments, filing, and other administrative tasks as required;
Ability to work independently.
