Manage the entire restaurant and the restaurant staff
Plan the menu if required and make changes to the recipes
Take orders for any catering and negotiate arrangements
Plan, organize and co-ordinate the activities of the store supervisors and other staff
Control and make sure the restaurant run smoothly with adequate staff available
Deal and negotiating with the vendors and suppliers
