Who you are:
You have a Grade 12 (GED) education or higher.
You have customer service experience including some supervisory and leadership skills
You are honest, reliable, trustworthy and customer service oriented.
You are a team leader with strong communication skills
You are accepting of changes and cross functional duties
You have certification in WHMIS, TDG, First aid/CPR/AED, Propane or are willing to attain.
You have or are willing to obtain a class 3A license
Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends
What you will do:
The Agro Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overall operation and performance of the Leroy Agro & Bulk station located in Leroy, Sask.
Be an active team leader of all operations ensuring the Agro and Bulk operations are efficient for all members and customers.
Provide leadership to all staff, including establishing training and development, performance evaluation and also organize workflow.
Perform all aspects of opening and closing duties
Maintain adequate stocking levels of retail products while maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness of all related work areas.
Coordinate business to meet targets and budget goals including sales, margins, inventory turns and overall contribution.
Act as a support for the Agro center side of the business with the fertilizer, seed and chemical sales, in addition to supporting the Petroleum delivery truck operation.
Provide general day to day minor maintenance duties for all Midway Coop locations
Perform basic shop duties such as tire repairs, tire installations, oil changes and making hydraulic hoses.
Assist in brand merchandising, marketing efforts, and scheduling when required.
