TITLE:
Building Superintendent (NOC 73201)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use industrial vacuum cleaners to clear up scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other garbage.
Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Vacuum, mop, scrub, and wax the halls, floors, and stairwells.
Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.
Mow the lawn and maintain the grounds and plants
Washrooms and fixtures should be cleaned and disinfected.
Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed, and contact tradespeople for serious repairs.
Complete other normal maintenance tasks like painting and drywall repair.
Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment by moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Posting job openings, show prospective renters apartments and offices, and collect rent.
Supervise and motivate other workers.


Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Years of Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Language : must be fluent in  English


Job Criteria:
Salary: $21.00/hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
