Maintain the productivity of the cash flow and sufficient cash for the company's operations
Ensure compliance with regulations on payroll, taxing, bookkeeping, accounting entries, etc.
Knowledge on using accounting software system
Enter invoices details of the company for recordkeeping
Prepare tax returns of the company with the accountant
Prepare balance sheets and update company ledgers
Maintain financial statements of the company for bookkeeping records
Work with the accountant to ensure that all payroll details are correct and properly recorded
Calculate and prepare payrolls for the staff
Prepare bills for expenses like utility, taxes, and other expenses
