Mountwater Capital is a private equity investment firm that owns commercial assets, such as enclosed shopping malls , office towers and multi-family buildings.

Mountwater Capital has launched formed a retail/entertainment business incubator/accelerator program which will be based in Regina. This initiative is to help startup or scaling retail/entertainment businesses grow.

Mountwater Capital will assist entrepreneurs towards a successful venture and succeed by providing mentorship, expertise, access to funding, working capital, and most importantly, take advantage of the shift back to retail with business locations to launch your venture.
We seeking a Key team member to join our team and manage and support this initiative. As part of business consulting service team, you will be working
on these responsibilities,

-    Be a key player in supporting the management of all aspects of local operations and optimizing for efficiency
-    Help strengthen and grow the Mountwater Capital brand in Canada
-    Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
-    Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
-    Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
-    Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
-    Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes
-    Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance

About You
Work Experience in operations consulting, strategy, finance or marketing, with post-secondary education in related subjects.
Ability to quickly and succinctly prepare business cases with quantitative and qualitative support to enable management decision making
Proficiency with creating documents that convey new strategic process flows and quantified desired outcomes with relevant metrics
Passion for leadership, teamwork and growing careers
