As a front desk agent you will be an integral part of a team that delivers the highest quality of service excellence. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are highly adaptive to the diverse needs of our customers. This position requires you to work days,evenings, weekends & holidays. The role is multifunctional as you will check in/out guests with utmost efficiency, accurate posting of accounts, soliciting guest feedback, taking and modifying reservations, etc.
You must be adaptable to a fast paced environment, be detail oriented, customer focused, and must be comfortable and adaptable with computers.
Qualifications
Previous Hotel Front Desk Experience preferred or Hospitality Management Certificate/Diploma
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Professionalism
Comfortable with computer programs and software
Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
Ability to problem solve
This is a permanent full time position as long as you have open availability all year round.
