Responsibilities BUT not limited to:
Responsible for assisting in the training of employees.
Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with our company standards.
Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, daily bookwork, ordering and receiving merchandise, profits, all controllable expenses, inventory, cash, and shortages.
Must learn and be proficient in using our back office and Point-of-Sale system.
Must be available to handle customer transactions at the register as needed.
Monitor the performance of the team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance
Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations run smoothly
Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied
Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
