GCS chemical supplier and distribution Inc (GCS Cosmetics) in Bulk Cosmetics Manufacturer industry has an immediate opening for a customer service managing supervisor in Saskatoon, Canada.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Leads and supports the drive to build a Sales Obsessed Culture by providing an exceptional customer support experience.
Improve customer service and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Special supports the Cosmetics Manufacturer industry business customers by providing customer support.
Operations:
Determine cosmetic products and services to be sold and implement price and sales policies.
Follows up on monitoring of budgets, expenditures and revenues.
Follows up on changes of marketing strategies.
Ensures accurate execution and completes weekly review of shipping /receiving/ returns processing/related payments, and documentation according to company policies.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, monthly inventories and personnel matters.
Supervise and co-ordinate purchase agents, sales associates, and inventory clerks.
Training:
Provides support to customer service team and sales team, through communication, coaching, feedback and ongoing support.
Follows up with purchasing team on completion of required training, i.e. sourcing and negotiation.
Leadership
Actively provides constructive feedback to management on observations of team performance
Promotes and maintains a positive and motivating work environment.
Provides mentorship to teams and influences continuous growth.
