Job Order Detail

Description

This is a tender for operating.  This is considered self-employed and not a paid position with PAHA.
The Contractor shall provide:

Minimum of dinner 5 days per week to the Carment Court Tenants
Current valid Food Handling Certificate
Replacement of tablecloths
Replacement of tea towels
Set up and clearing of dishes
Daily facility cleanup
Washing of all dishes/cutlery/pots/pans/utensils
All food items
Any disposable food carrying items
Disposable plates/cups/etc
Other items not provided by PAHA
Weekly menu plan (posted for Tenants)

Meal expectations are that the meal will be served at 5:00 PM daily. The meal shall consist of:
-soup or salad
-main entree
-desert
-coffee/tea/beverage

Will provide Board Meeting meals to the board of PAHA as required, typically once per month for 6-10 people.
General
1.The Contractor is solely an independent contractor. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or other joint relationship between the parties is created. The Contractor is not an employee of the Housing Authority and is not entitled to any Authority rights or benefits and the Authority shall not have any employment tax withholding obligations.
