Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and motel operations, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring financial success. They will work closely with the ownership to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant and motel are properly staffed, trained, and equipped to provide excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and motel operations, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring financial success
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Ensure that the restaurant and motel are properly staffed, trained, and equipped to provide excellent service to guests
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate financial records, including preparing reports and budgeting for future expenses
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the restaurant and motel are fully stocked and operational
- Participate in menu planning and recipe development, working with the Head Chef to create and update menus as needed
