Degelman Industries Limited is searching for an individual to join our team as Maintenance Mechanic. Degelman Industries designs and manufactures equipment known for quality and respected by farmers for over 56 years. Responsibilities of this position will include performing general building, equipment and property maintenance, install, troubleshoot, repair production equipment according to preventative and predictive maintenance procedures and processes. Additional duties include tending the furnace, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs. Other duties assigned as necessary. The successful candidate will possess his/her first year Millwright/Industrial Mechanic, Machinist, Tri-trade or Electrical pre-employment education or apprenticeship supplemented with 3 to 5 years experience.
Degelman Industries offers an hour rate between $23.94 to $28.56 dependent upon experience, plus an employee group benefits package including a deferred profit-sharing plan.
