Saskatchewan Foster Families Association exists to support and encourage foster families through education and advocacy, helping create healthy homes, positive environments, and brighter futures for children and youth in care across the province.
Our team is expanding and we are looking to add a Program Coordinator to our awesome team. As a Program Coordinator, you will work to support all aspects of services provided under the In Home Support Program. Specific duties will be discussed at the time of interview with those selected. Most importantly you must possess the qualifications listed below.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is key.
Experience in administrative positions is required.
Minimum grade 12 education. Post-secondary training in Business Administration and/or Human Resources is an asset.
Requires strong computer skills with experience in MS Word and Excel.
Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well with others a team player.
Organized, critical thinker, and able to prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic.
Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License is required
Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector
Working conditions
This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday daytime hours; Caseload demands may require you to work longer hours evening/weekends
We believe in team collaboration - its essential that each individual functions well in a team setting.
Length of Employment 13 month term until March 31st 2024. Possibility of extension.
Salary and Benefits
$40,800 starting Salary
Health and Dental after 3 months
