Description:
South Hill Fine Foods is looking for a sales manager to seek key accounts and corporate or group clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work out annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plan
Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify client needs, maintain key accounts and develop prospective corporate clients
Prepare sales contracts and negotiate over contracts
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Collect sales data, make analysis, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Conduct market research and organize sales promotion activities
Hire, train, and manage sales clerks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
Highly motivated and target driven
Problem solving and time management ability
Strong communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work flexible shifts which may include weekdays and weekends.
