Carry the Kettle First Nation (CTK) is seeking a Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be a key member of the Nations leadership team and is a hands-on manager who provides guidance, direction and support on all human resource matters. Your challenge will be to address day to day issues by providing HR support in achieving the goals of the Nation. The Manager will lead the implementation of HR Services within the Nations band operations and its entities. This includes the staffing and recruitment processes, accurate recordkeeping by updating and maintaining employee personnel files, vacation tracking, assisting program managers in proper performance management processes, training and development of staff, employee benefits, health & safety standards.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Post Secondary Diploma in a related discipline such as human resource management AND five (5) years of direct work experience in human resources
OR
Bachelor degree in a related discipline such as human resources management AND three (3) years of progressive work experience in human resources or a similar role.
