Diamond House PCH located in Warman Saskatchewan is in search Licensed Practical Nurse or RPN for a Home Coordinator Role who has leadership and office operations experience.
Home Managers lead the team in preventing resident harm and improving quality of life and care by focusing on Resident First philosophy of care.  Teamwork is a vital component in the home and the entire care team work together to offer choice and autonomy to all residents.
The Role:
    Overseeing all operations of the home including:
    Care Team empowerment and support
    Ongoing education for the entire care team in order to benefit the residents
    Recruitment
    Scheduling
    Mentoring
    Lead by example to guide the LPNs, PCW, Dietary team, and Housekeeping teams successfully
    Function as a liaison with all professionals associated with Resident Care
    Experience with geriatric care is a must

The Ideal Candidate:
    A Licensed Practical Nurse with an active license in good standing with Saskatchewan association of Licensed Practical Nurse.
    Minimum of three years experience in a management role
    Strong computer skills
    Ability to oversee day to day operations to reach long-term goals
