Position Overview and Responsibilities
The Immunization Community Health Nurse will work in public health areas of infant, child & adult immunization and provide health screening & education to school and community populations.   Some work in communicable disease programming (TB, STI/Blood borne infections, enteric outbreak) may be required. The position requires work be done collaboratively with a variety of clinic programs and community agencies. The employee will maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to PBCN Health Services approved policies and procedures

Qualifications:
    Bachelor Degree in Nursing;
    Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS);
    Experience in Community Health & Immunization would be an asset;
    Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license;
    Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
    Self-motivated and able to work independently;
    Current Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Check & verification of covid vaccination;
    Ability to speak Cree is an asset
