We are looking for an experienced food service manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Delegate assignments clearly to other staff for the completion of dietary related projects.
Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Must be organized; maintaining and documenting operations regarding food services.
Have a good understanding of nutrition and be eager to implement healthy and nutritional menu plans.
Create weekly menu for snacks, breakfast, lunch and supper meals.
Purchase groceries and household items on a weekly basis.
Gardening including, but not limited to, watering, weeding, preserving food, etc.
Maintains inventory of food and household items for the Homestead, restocking items as needed.
Assists in all facets of operations when necessary and other related duties as required.
Experience in the Food Industry is considered an asset.
