POSITION DETAILS
Responsible for supervising staff, meeting and exceeding sales/profit goals, overseeing marketing campaigns, repairing devices and ensuring customer satisfaction
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Meets and exceeds sales/profit goals via grassroots marketing
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and managing employee hours; following up on work results
Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Maintains operations by coordinating and enforcing operational, and personnel policies/procedures.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
Welcome customers in professional and pleasant manner
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining and ordering inventory
Diagnose/troubleshoot device
Provide recommendations for problem resolution
Provide estimates to customer for repair, replacement according to problem diagnosis and repair/replacement recommendation
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
Ensure repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics and game consoles
Proven leadership/supervisory experience
Proven success with achieving and surpassing sales goals
Success in hiring, training, and developing new employees
Experience creating employee schedule/hours
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work well in team environment
