Primary Care Nurse
LLRIB  Stanley Mission Health Services Inc. requires has opportunities for various positions of RN(AAP)s.  Stanley Mission is a Cree community located on the beautiful Churchill River, 81 km north of La Ronge. There are approximately 2,000 community members with kindergarten to grade 12 educational facilities.  Successful applicants will report to the Nurse in Charge. Qualifications and assets required are as follows:

ASSETS:
Experience in Primary Care and Community Health Nursing
Accomplished participation in Aboriginal communities and an ability to speak an Aboriginal language is a definite asset
An energetic, positive, and helpful attitude is invaluable

REQUIREMENTS:
Baccalaureate Degree or Diploma in nursing.
Must be licensed as an RN(AAP) (RN with Additional Authorized Practice) with the SRNA.
Hospital nursing experience in ER and obstetrics  training available for ACLS/CPR-C/PALS/ITLS.  
Must be willing to do on call.
Ability to work collaboratively within a health team environment.
A highly motivated, self-directed individual, who can also take direction when needed, with effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Must undergo a Criminal Record Check.
