Caliber Coffee Roasters was established in 2013 and is located in Regina, SK. We operate a coffee roastery which include a retail space. Our retail space includes a coffee and equipment showroom, training center, tasting bar and espresso bar. We pride ourselves on sourcing and roasting some of the worlds best coffee and offering it to our customers in a knowledgeable and approachable manner.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager.

Requirements

You must love coffee and have some knowledge of coffee as a beverage and be willing to continually learn about and practice coffee brewing techniques and processes.
3 years of experience in Retail, Customer Service or Food Service Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills & a friendly, confident attitude.
Adaptive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team.
Be comfortable around technologies, such as computer, tablets, etc. and applications, including communication software, management software (knowledge of NetSuite is an asset), and MS Office.
Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record check.
Job Duties

Retail Store operation and management
Tasting Bar and Espresso Bar operation and management
Customer Training Course operation and management
Staff Training and management
Marketing and Social Media coordinator
This position is 40 hours per week  Tuesday to Saturday.
