Description

As Brandt continues to grow and expand into new product lines and models, the importance of maintaining service times is an important metric to drive business and become efficient. Efficiency leads to faster quote processing, more billable service time, increased technician productivity and program development. A Brandt Service Pricing Manager will help drive these efficiencies for all Brandt product lines and develop and implement programs that drives business across all divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build develop and manage a team of analysists and program developers to manage service time creation and service programs across all Brandts product portfolio
- Work closely with all departments on new product launches and identify priority for service time creation and promotional opportunities across all industries
- Take part in all required phases of the Brandt Service Times (BST) Process, including but not limited to:
- Research, Planning, Analysis, Product Launch, & Review
- Develop and implement service quoting strategies and opportunities for service marketing, machine re-life and preventative maintenance and repair agreements
- Identify service efficiency opportunities that help make service process, PDI and service programs more efficient.
- Plan and communicate with the BST analysts and program developers to prioritize BST and program creation.
- Review and develop proper quoting process for BST using internal business systems
- Continuously review and refine opportunities for BST usage and program creation using a team of analysts and developers
- Provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement in service and FleetWise department
- Attend all required meetings for BST Process, including Key Stakeholder Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
