Greeting guests upon arrival and processing their orders
Providing suggestions for food and drink choices to diners
Preparation and setting of dining tables and trays
Serving specialty foods/beverages at guests tables
Cleaning tables and preparing them for the next diners
Clearing of tables and trays from guest rooms and hallways to the Stewarding Area
ensuring the stock of service items such as cutleries, plates, glassware, and napkins
Communicating with the staff of other sections and establishing teamwork
Maintaining safety and sanitation policies through business standards
