Inside Sales Administrator

Anchor is looking for a detail-oriented person with great communication skills. The successful candidate for this position will handle our CRM and quoting software to accurately register deals, create quotes and handle the quotes through the procurement lifecycle process.
Services Provided:
- Register our customers with vendors
- Understand customer needs through our Account Management Team
- Build quotes in a timely fashion
- Win quotes in a timely fashion
- Order hardware/software on behalf of our customers
- Receive products and label them physically and in our quoting system
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all customers have registered deals with all vendors
- Build quotes according to specifications provided by Account Managers
- Ensure all quotes are accurate
- Ensure all orders are correct
